At Glossy Drip & Kiss, we strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Processing Time
Glossy Drip & Kiss has a processing window of 7–10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
During this time, orders are confirmed, prepared, packaged, and processed for shipment.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been scanned and accepted by the carrier.
Please note that the processing window does not include shipping time.
During holidays, limited-edition launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended due to increased demand.
Delivery Times
Once an order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping (FedEx SmartPost): 7–10 business days
Ground Shipping (FedEx Ground): 4–7 business days
International Shipping
Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after fulfillment
International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance or local carrier handling
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight.
Important Information
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs Fees & Duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Glossy Drip & Kiss is not responsible for these charges.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Glossy Drip & Kiss is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for the interest in our products. Unfortunately, All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at Glossydripandkiss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:
Order number
Description of the damage
Clear photographs verifying the issue
Each case will be reviewed. If the damage is deemed valid, a refund, replacement, or store credit may be issued at our discretion. If the product is determined not to be damaged, no refund or replacement will be provided.
In some cases, a gift card may be issued instead.
“Damaged product” refers to cracks or malfunctions with the wand or tube only. It does not include:
Air bubbles caused by wand removal
Slight color differences
Handmade variations
These are normal characteristics of handmade products.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser once the order is delivered to the carrier.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Glossy Drip & Kiss does not provide refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Most domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance coverage up to $100. If a package is lost or damaged, customers may file a claim directly with USPS:

For international orders, when ordering from Glossy Drip And Kiss, you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival at your local post office. Glossy Drip And Kiss will not provide refunds for package refusal due to these fees or for packages lost overseas.
International orders may take one month or longer to arrive. These shipments are not insured unless additional insurance is purchased, and the purchaser accepts the risk of loss.
Handmade Product Variations
Please be aware that most items in our store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Lip gloss products and body care products can have slight variations in color and texture. Lip gloss tubes will contain a bubble when the wand is removed. Due to the recipe of some lip glosses, bubbles may be more pronounced. Purchasers understand this variation when ordering.
Glossy Drip And Kiss makes every attempt to show accurate colors of products on the website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on a number of factors including the monitor that you use, the settings of the monitor, and the hand-made nature of products. Glossy Drip And Kiss does not guarantee that the display of any color will be accurate.
