Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are considered final once the order has been placed.

2. Provide:
• Photos clearly showing the damaged or defective item(s).
• A screenshot of your order confirmation email for verification.
3. Once we receive and review your information, we will determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please note: Claims made after the 48 hour window or without proper documentation may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping Errors or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will work to correct the mistake by reshipping the correct product to you at no additional cost.
Exclusions
Glossy Drip & Kiss reserves the right to refuse:
• Any refund, return, or reshipment requests outside of the conditions outlined above.
• Claims related to buyer error, such as ordering the wrong product or entering incorrect shipping information at checkout.
Additional Notes
• Refunds, if approved in rare cases, will only be issued in the original payment method used during checkout.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
